Our Current Project | Hampton Pointe Hampton Pointe will be constructed on 8 acres of land at 490 Hampton Pointe Boulevard, Hillsborough, NC. It is designed to maximize the buying power of low and moderate income families by providing new workforce apartment homes in an amenities rich location. Hampton Pointe Apartments will consist of 24 two bedroom units and 24 three bedroom units. The complex will accept 12 families at 30% of the AMI, 8 families at 50% of the AMI, and 28 families at 60% of the AMI. Interior amenities will include spacious living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchens (including dishwashers and garbage disposals), pantries, washer and dryer connections, generous closet space, ceiling fans in each room, mini-blinds, cable television and internet connections, exterior storage spaces, linen closets, and porches for each unit. There will be an on-site community center which will contain a multi-purpose room, mail kiosk, manager’s office, library/computer room, kitchen, laundry facilities, and porches. The site will also feature a picnic shelter, playground and tot lot, and natural features such as streams and mature trees throughout the site. Residents of Hampton Pointe Apartments will be within walking distance (0.1 miles) of groceries, pharmaceuticals, clothing, household and home improvement items, banking, restaurants, hair and nail salons, general merchandise, tax services, a GCF donation center and store, dental and vision services and public transportation to jobs and other services. The public transportation stop is within 0.1 mile of the site. Triangle Transit 420 connects Hampton Pointe Apartments to downtown Hillsborough, Triangle Sportsplex, Durham Technical Community College, Cameron Park Elementary School, Hillsborough Elementary School, Chapel Hill Senior Center, downtown Chapel Hill, and UNC Memorial Hospital.
