Leadership

TBLF, LLC is owned and managed by Sherrod Banks.  Mr. Banks is actively engaged in the daily operations of TBLF, LLC, and has led the development of Randall Place Apartments and Eno Haven Apartments.  He is also an attorney who has practiced all facets of affordable housing law since 1995 with The Banks Law Firm, P.A.  Mr. Banks is a member of the Governing Committee of the American Bar Association Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law.  Mr. Banks is also the Founder and President of The Banks Foundation, a tax-exempt nonprofit corporation that provides down payment assistance for families moving from welfare to work and from public assisted housing to private homeownership.
